Event Reservations
The Hosted Event Reservation System is designed to be used at events held by small to medium size organizations that require reservation, such as monthly meetings or annual banquets. The system maintains an online roster of all members this includes contact, work and membership information. A member’s information can be made private so that it is not visible online.
The system has multiple functions that are useful in running a successful event. The integrated credit card function lets members prepay for reservations, raffle tickets, 50-50 and money tree tickets online (if allowed by law). The email function allows the system administrator to send emails regarding events to any and all members on the roster. Members/guests will automatically receive confirmation emails for each reservation.
Our system also houses a collection of extensive reports. The Hostess Report is designed to rapidly check in members/guests with raffle purchases and meal choice information. The Meal Report helps the kitchen and staff prepare for the event. The Daily Card Report shows the reservations and amount by date for quick and easy credit card statement reconciliation. The daily sweep from the credit card processor to the bank ensures that funds are always available.
The event setup functions let staff easily set up events with early bird and standard pricing for members/guests by date and time range. Each event can have up to four meal choices with optional up-charge by meal choice.
There is no hardware investment necessary. This cloud-based system resides on our servers in an enterprise-class data center. Using MPLS backbone delivering internet and layer 2 communications, real-time off-site data backups, battery and electric generator service we can ensure a most reliable and secure service. An optional SSL certificate provides an extra layer of security to guarantee the safety of all client data.
